Birth Doula Support

In-person birth doula support that's warm, passionate, inclusive, and evidence-based. As your Birth Doula, I will work with you from whatever stage of pregnancy you're at to help you feel excited and prepared. I will hold space for you and your birth plan, and let you take the reins (it's YOUR birth, not mine!) while I support you in the birth space.

My birth doula support package includes:

1. Initial Consultation (can be in-person or virtual)

   • Meet and greet to discuss your preferences, values, and expectations.

2. Two Prenatal Appointments (can be in-person or virtual)

   • In-depth discussions about your birth plan, comfort measures, and any concerns.

   • Basic childbirth education for you and your partner.

3. 24/7 On-Call Support

   • Available by text or email for any questions or concerns throughout your pregnancy.

4. Continuous Labor Support

   • Physical and emotional support during labor and birth.

   • Assistance with comfort measures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

5. One Postpartum Appointment (can be in-person or virtual)

   • Debriefing on your birth experience.

   • Assistance with breastfeeding, if desired.

   • Postpartum resources and referrals.

This package may be slightly customized due to special circumstances (like planned or unplanned c-sections, or precipitous birth).

Please note that some months are very subject to a timing of approximately 2 weeks, so please be sure to reach out first to discuss exact availability based on your approximate due date.
