Jump on a video call session with me to learn about Informed Consent and to discuss all of your birth options and get your ideas down in a way that will help you advocate for yourself during your birth experience.

 

Your birth plan will be a guide, and will help to make your wishes and preferences known to your birth team. We will go over all of your options for a hospital birth, see what aligns with your goals and values, and then go over what to do if and when the hospital suggests anything that is outside of and the opposite of your birth plan.
