In-person birth doula support for ALL birthing people. For a limited time, my birth doula services are being offered at a discounted rate while I am a doula-in-training with Madriella Doula Network.

My birth doula support package includes:

1. Initial Consultation

   • Meet and greet to discuss your preferences, values, and expectations. Virtual or in-person.

2. Two Prenatal Visits

   • In-depth discussions about your birth plan, comfort measures, and any concerns.

   • Basic childbirth education for you and your partner.

3. 24/7 On-Call Support

   • Available by text or email for any questions or concerns throughout your pregnancy.

4. Continuous Labor Support

   • Physical and emotional support during labor and birth.

   • Assistance with comfort measures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

5. Postpartum Visit

   • Debriefing on your birth experience.

   • Assistance with breastfeeding, if desired.

   • Postpartum resources and referrals.
